The Resort Management and Security Operators are enforcing strict compliance in all guidelines, policies, rules and regulations for health and safety reasons.

Staging and Decorating must be done within your time slot and booked casa.
For succeeding guest: “suppliers” can only start decorating at Mercado Hall at 5 am on the day of the event.
All pre-set up of decorations are given 3 hours head start free of charge on the day of the confirmed booking. All others will be charge accordingly.
“Suppliers” can drop off their paraphernalia / decorations only a day before the event and will stored at our storage area.
The resort is not liable of any loss or damaged during the storage.
Alteration of architecture, garden, artworks and other properties of the resort is not permitted and it is illegal.
Legal action and/or monetary damages can be pursued to “suppliers” involved in the alterations and damages repair done.
According to Anti-Noise Ordinance, The use of KARAOKE and Loud Speakers is prohibited from 10:00PM to 10:00AM.
According to House Bill No. 1035 to regulate the use of videoke and karaoke and sound systems;
(1) use of videoke or karaoke is allowed from 10 A.M. to 10P.M. only;
(2) a prima facie violation (face imprisonment) if the sound can be heard 50 feet from its source; and
(3) violations merit a fine of P1,000 or imprisonment of at most six months or both.
Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Strictly no diving, swimming pool is shallow and not intended for diving.
Proper swimming outfit is recommended– swimsuit for all females and swimming trunk for males including children or white clothes permitted. Colored clothing NOT allowed.
Everyone must take a cleansing shower before going into swimming pool.
NO FOOD or DRINK allowed in the swimming pool
Glassware or utensils of any kind is not permitted around the swimming pool.
SMOKING in the swimming pool is NOT allowed.
Strictly NO ILLEGAL Drugs is permitted to be brought into the resort premises.
Strictly NO firearms and other deadly weapons permitted to be brought into the resort premises.
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol are strictly not allowed to use the pool.
No running on the deck or horse play in the pool.
All children under 12 years old and under 5 ft in height must be accompanied by a responsible adult who can swim to use the pool.
Children with diapers are required to use plastic pants over the diaper for health reason. The plastic pants prevent accidental disposal of bodily waste. Otherwise, not allowed to use the pool.
If you have a communicable disease, please have the curtesy to not use the swimming pool as disease can be transmitted to other guests.
Bathers with a history of seizures, heart or circulatory health conditions are advised to swim with a companion.
Putting up tents or any other objects not allowed unless authorized by Resort Management. •
Barbeque grilling only allowed on the designated area provided.
The resort allows cooked foods brought in with no surcharges fee.
If you require a signed guestbook or rsvp only guests please notify a week prior to your booking date , in order to arrange with our staff accordingly.
Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or eject from the premises to anyone who fails to comply with any of the above rules and regulations.
The management reserves the right to report any commotion or illegal activities to the authority.
Resort Premises is monitored under 24 hour CCTV surveillance.
The Resort Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject individual/s within the premises of the resort.
The Resort Management reserves the right to charge guest/s for cost of replacement or repairs to damaged or lost items that are provided for the area.
The Resort Management reserves the right for various levels of deposits or charges and to amend any other rules at any time it deems fit.
All guests staying in the resort are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests.
If your behavior or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any of the other guests or any third party or damage to property, the Management reserves the right to terminate your booking arrangement immediately.
In the event of such termination our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other services immediately.
No refunds as a result of the immediate termination.
You and/or your party will be liable and required to pay for any loss or damage caused your group actions and we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of your party.
Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the Resort Manager or other supplier (for example, caterer) prior to departure from the resort.
If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims, including legal cost, subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you. o
The Owners/Resort Management cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangement or with us.
The Resort Management reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including shortening the duration of the party without refund of rental, against any occupant who infringes its Rules and Regulations or to disallow or ejects any occupant whom it deems undesirable into the resort premises.
The Resort Management shall not be liable for any damages there from.
The Resort Management shall not be held responsible for any loss of valuables, money or personal effects of occupants during their stay in the resort.
The management reserves the right to report any commotion or illegal activities to the authority.
The management reserves the right to monitor the resort premises under 24 hour CCTV surveillance.
Standard Rate is based on number of persons per casa allowed in the resort. Excess Pax is Php 200.00 per pax.
Deposit / down payment of 50% is required to reserve and confirm your booking.
Deposit / down payment is non-refundable, re-schedule allowed subject to availability.
Cancellation of a reservation less than 15 calendars days prior to scheduled event will result to forfeiture of deposit/s or payment.
All confirmed booking must be used within one year period of confirmed booking date thereafter will result to forfeiture of deposit.
Only two (2) rescheduled dates is allowed within one (1) year period after the date of the original booking thereafter will result to forfeiture of deposit.
Unused / re-schedule open dates booking after one (1) year from the original booking will be automatically cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of issue arise in the facility that would result in cancellation of your booking. We will provide a Full refund or transfer to other resort, subject to availability.
A Corkage fee will be applicable to any third party soft & hard liquor beverage provider entering the resort.
A Surcharge Fee of Php 2,500.00 will be applicable to each third party service provider such as catering, music band or system installers, performers entering the resort.
Quoted Price is based on confirmed number of person upon booking reservation.
Each guest including infants, children and third party service staffs will be checked and accounted for at the entrance. Any extra guests arrived at the resort will be charged Php 200 per pax.
A wristband will be given to each guest and must be returned upon exiting the resort. Wearing the wristband within the resort is mandatory.
Gas Stove is available at the resort at additional charge of Php 200.00
No charges incurred to any of your guest that are 4 years old and below.
Limited third party business establishment service people to stay during the event (e.g. photographers, caterer, stylists, designers, sound, lightings or any other establishment known to be a supplier is limited to 15 persons. Exceeding to the 15 person limit, the resort will consider them as a guest and will be subject to extra guest charges.
We encourage our guests to please be considerate and mindful of the terms and conditions for everyone to enjoy their stay.
